Christmas Last Postal Dates:

We are fast approaching the last delivery dates for Christmas! The studio then closes for the holiday period.

Dec. 6th Europe, Australia & NZ

Dec. 13th UK, USA & Canada

Dec. 14th - Jan. 6th Studio Closed

All purchases made online will be delivered upon our return to the studio. GIFT VOUCHERS will be processed immediately.

 

Track 24 shipping within the UK from JAN 1st, 2024:

£3.95 for all orders under £60

£9.95 for all orders £60 - £125

£14.95 for all orders above £125

 

European shipping:

Due to new EU regulations with GPSR we regret that we cannot currently ship to the EU. We do hope that with more clear governmental guidance we might ship once again to our European neighbours in the future.

 

International shipping:

£22.95 up to 2kg

£32 from 2kg - 4kg

£40 above 4kg

All International orders are sent via courier and will be tracked & signed for.

 

To ensure delivery:

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). Made-to-Order purchases are aimed to be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, levels are subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay or to arrange a replacement colour/product.
